Absolute Plumbing Solutions COVID-19 Update

At Absolute Plumbing Solutions, we take the safety of our beloved clients and team seriously. While this is true every day, it’s especially important in this time of heightened concern.

Our services play a vital role in maintaining health, safety, and comfort in our local community. Therefore, we will be remaining open during this time. But, you can rest assured that we’re taking steps to minimize the impact of COVID-19.

We would like to share our plan to address concerns and answer questions that you may be asking.  Below is our process moving forward until further notified.

How Absolute Plumbing Solutions is Working to Protect You

Per the CDC and WHO guidelines, we are making some changes to our normal operating procedures. We will also be adopting rigorous cleaning protocols during the outbreak. While these adjustments may seem inefficient or awkward, they’re necessary to ensure the health of those we serve.

  • Team Care: Any team members that have fever, are showing signs of sickness, or who have been known to be exposed and not protected will be asked to remain at home.  
  • Scheduling Questions: When you call in, our office staff will be asking if anyone in the home has a fever, been diagnosed or had exposure to the virus. We need to know so that we can be proactive with our team’s response and level of protection. We will have some team members who do not want to be exposed to a high-risk client and we will respect those wishes. We will also have team members who are willing to work in that environment so that we can respond to those in most need.
  • Sanitization: Our trucks come stocked with disinfectant sprays and sanitizing wipes. After completing a job, your technician will wipe down any areas with which they had contact. This includes equipment, door handles, and floors.
  • Authorization: We usually require a written signature prior to beginning work, however, to reduce the risk of contact, we will instead be sending out electronic authorization forms when possible.
  • Payment: During this time, we ask that all payments be made via electronic means via debit card, credit card, or online. If you do not want to give this information to a technician, you can may call it in to the office to be submitted.
